Workforce Training:

Obtaining a high school diploma is the first, and most critical step, however, studies show that 77% of projected job openings in Maryland will require workers to have training or education beyond a high school diploma. Maryland Skills2Compete is an initiative designed to meet those workforce training needs. On the Skills2Compete website you will find a variety of job training information that will help you move beyond a high school diploma and into a skilled job or career that will support you and your family in the years to come.
